This is another good choice for wings if you want a different type of wing.
2 lbs of Chicken wings (whole or divided)

In a small bowl mix all of the coating mixture ingredients together. Coat wings with the mixture making sure to coat the chicken evenly. Line wings on a pre-greased cookie sheet.
Cook wings for 30-35 minutes at 500 degrees. This always the wings to crisp up some.
In a skillet add all of the sauce ingredients besides the cornstarch. Bring them to a boil and turn the heat off. Slowly add the cornstarch. If the sauce is too thick and a little bit of water till you thin out the sauce.
Toss the wings into the sauce and stir until they are well coated.

2 Tbs Cornstarch
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 clove of Garlic minced
1 tsp Cilantro Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1/4 c Honey
1 1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
5 tsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp water
1 tsp cornstarch
