Chicken, spinach and Sun dried tomato Pizza with Creamy Garlic Sauce

1/2 batch of Pizza Dough
3/4 c Cooked Chicken breast strips
1 c Spinach
1 c Mozzarella
1/2 c Sun dried tomatoes
1/2 c Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce or 1/4 c Garlic Butter
Roll out pizza dough. Spread garlic sauce leaving a border around the pizza. Sprinkle the cheese. Add the chicken, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Creamy Garlic Sauce

2 Tbs Butter

4 cloves Garlic minced

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Oregano flakes

1 c Milk

1/2 c Parmesan Cheese

3 Tbs Flour

In a skillet, mix butter, garlic, pepper, oregano and milk. Heat over medium heat. When the mixture is well mixed and heated add the flour and cheese. Stir making sure the sauce doesn't get clumps. The sauce take a few minutes to be done.
