Chocolate Cake Icing Recipe

It's easy to make a batch of icing for your favorite cake. My family loves chocolate! Chocolate, chocolate!! This icing is good for decorating with. It's a good consistency and easy to pipe when decorating.

2 lb bag of powder sugar

1/2 c milk

1 1/3 c Crisco or shortening

2 tsp vanilla

1/4 c Dark chocolate cocoa powder

Mix is bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer. This batch of icing is good for a 3 layered cake.
