Brownies are so good, especially the fudgy ones. I'm not big on the cake like brownies. I love this recipe because you can make up the dry ingredients for a later day!
Grease a 9" x 9" baking pan. Spread batter in the pan til even.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
If you want to make up brownie mixes ahead of time, add sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder to a Ziploc baggie. Don't forgot to write the wet ingredients on the bag. That way you know what you need when you make your brownies. Plus don't forget the temperature to bake them at and how long. Enjoy this delicious brownies!
1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/3 c cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c vegetable oil
