Derek decided to grill some yummy juicy hamburger for us. I wanted to do a new spin on the french fries we usually have with them. Adding some spices or simple ingredients can take food to the next level. I join baked fries over deep fried ones. Less grease and a little healthier too. These fries are so delicious! The aromas coming off them while they bake is yummy.

Melt butter in medium size bowl. Add grated garlic and parsley to the butter. Stir well.
Mix in the cut fries and cover the fries evenly.

Lay the fries out on a cookie sheet that is lined with foil (I only had parchment paper) and lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip fries and cook for another 20 minutes or until fries are brown and crispy on the outside.

While the fries are still hot sprinkle the cheese over them. The heat in the fries will melt the cheese. Add some salt to taste.

Enjoy these yummy fries!
