These ribs are so tender and tasty! I remember the first time Derek make these for them. I don't think there was a crumb of meat left when our kids were done eating. I think these are the best ribs I have eaten.
In a large pot, add 2 racks of pork ribs. Fill the pot leaving a few inches til the top of the pot. Add the seasonings. Cook the ribs immersed in water over medium high heat for 3 hours. The ribs will be very tender after this.
Be careful when removing the ribs. You can either bake or grill the ribs for the reminder of the time. It is to cook the bbq sauce into the ribs. Select your favorite bbq sauce and coat them as much or little as you like! Enjoy!

2 Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Onion Powder
2 Tbs Basil
1 Tbs black pepper
1 Tbs Salt
