Triple Meat Fajitas

This is my family's favorite type of fajitas. There is a local Mexican restaurant that was the first time we enjoyed this type of fajita. I only ever made chicken or steak fajitas never mixing the meats together. The combination of the 3 meats goes so well together.

1 lb Shrimp

1 lb Steak, sliced

1 lb Chicken, sliced

1 Onions, sliced

1 Green Pepper, sliced

1 pkg of Fajita Seasoning or 3 T homemade seasoning

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Salsa

Sour Cream

Flour Shells

Cook the meat in a non stick frying pan with a little bit of olive oil and fajita seasoning. I suggest using the homemade recipe for the seasoning. The flavors are so much fresher.

Remove the meats from heat when completely cooked, now cook the onions and green peppers. Cook the onions and peppers until soft and tender. Add the meat and heat it up.

Try cooking up some sliced tomatoes with the onion and green peppers.
