Even as an adult I love popcorn balls. I noticed over the years that Halloween is about the only time you can find them in the store.
1 batch of Carmel Popcorn
Butter (enough to coat hands)
Let the popcorn to cool some before handling. Coat your hands in butter to help prevent the carmel from sticking to them. Grab a handful of the popcorn and firmly press the popcorn into the shape of balls. Add more popcorn if needed to make desired size balls. Reapply butter as needed. I can usually get 8 to 10 carmel popcorn ball from each batch of carmel popcorn.
